Service during COVID-19 Pandemic

Virtual Service

Due to the coronavirus, I am limiting my in person practice to majority telehealth sessions at this time. I meet clients via a secure video platform which maintains your privacy. The platform will work on your computer or smart phone. I have found that counseling via video, while different than meeting in person, can be very effective. Many people are finding regular therapy sessions essential to emotional health during a pandemic. Telehealth is a safe option that removes some of the physical barriers to regular sessions. I meet vaccinated clients in person on limited day in SE Portland but I will still offer virtual session if needed.

For our sessions you will need to be physically located in Oregon or Washington as I am licensed in Oregon and Washington.  To prepare for our sessions you will need to find a private place to be. I recommend testing the strength of your wifi signal before we begin. If your life allows, I suggest taking 1 to 5 minutes of calm before or after sessions.
